Agenda Item 6.2 - Report from Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) staff and possible discussion on water planning issues

TWDB is sending out an amendment to the BRA (Region G) contract to top off the contract budget by increasing the committed funds amount to match the full study cost amount as a result of additional legislative appropriations that became available September 1, 2009 [NOTE: There is no change to the budget, just in the committed amount]

Agenda Item 6.4 - Discussion and possible action on a 'consistency waiver' request by Shackelford Water Supply Corporation

Mr. Derek Turner, Jacob & Martin, Inc, spoke on a request from Shackelford WSC for a 'consistency waiver' so they would be eligible for state funding for a water project the district is pursuing.

The Group voted affirmatively to support the consistency waiver request.
